O’Brien Electricals was founded by Jamie O’Brien, and started in the after he completed a four year apprenticeship as an Electrician
Jamie had a vision then to remove the stigma associated with the electrical industry i.e electricians with bad workmanship, who turn up late, rip off the customer, driving rusty old vans, not wearing uniform and arse’s hanging out their trousers.
Company’s Philosophy
O’Brien Electricals philosophy is to provide value for money, do the right job, at the right price, at the right time to suit our customers and keep things simple.
As a family run business we pride ourselves on offering a personal service. Engineers turn up on time, wearing smart company uniform, carrying company I.D. They will always carry out work to the highest standard and they are highly experienced and qualified in their respective trades.
The dedication to fulfil our customer’s needs and wants has always been imperative to the way we operate and we adapt our services in order to achieve this.
We work with the intent that once a customer uses Pimlico we hope they become a ‘Pimlico customer for life’.
Transparency
We are a transparent company, and we were the first to be 100% transparent with our charges.
Core Services
All work can be booked at a time suitable to the customer. Emergency calls arrival time is within 1 hour. Our services are available 24 hours a day.
We also have fully qualified technical services managers who carry out estimating, quality control and project manage larger jobs.
